International Ph.D. from Al-Azhar University in Cairo - Faculty of Sharia and Law - Department of Public Law - Specialization: Banking Legislation, thesis title: Obstacles to the application of Islamic banking legislation - a comparative study between Islamic jurisprudence and law.

 

Master's degree from Yarmouk University in Jordan - Faculty of Sharia - Department of Economics and Islamic Banks, and the title of the thesis: Banking Secrecy in Islamic Banks "A Comparative Study".

He holds two university BAs: the first majored in Islamic Economic Education from the College of Basic Education of the Public Learning Authority in Kuwait. The second is from the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals of the College of Sharia, Kuwait University, with distinction with honors.

 

Practical experiences
He graduated from the Institute of Judicial Studies and Law in the State of Kuwait as a law researcher with an excellent grade. He also worked in the legal profession at the largest legal offices in Kuwait with: Abdul Hameed Al-Sarraf’s office and contracted with Al-Tuwaijri Law Firm.

 

Scientific and professional courses:
Bader Al-Rababa obtained more than 70 certificates between training and development in the disciplines of law and Sharia related to economic, financial, banking and monetary aspects inside and outside Kuwait.

 

Published many public and private publications:

In a public matter:
1- He took a youth initiative in developing the idea of ??old folk sports in Kuwait and in Arab countries and trying to transfer it to a sports club in cooperation with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Youth and Sports. The study was published in the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai.

2- He developed the idea of farming in homes with the latest and innovative methods instead of having areas that became forests of bricks and cement as an experiment he made with his grandfather in the Abdullah Al-Salem suburb area in Kuwait , The study was published in the Kuwaiti Al-Qabas newspaper.

3- With his son Nasser, he made a book dealing with the life of birds, their behavior and ways of dealing with them, by collecting everything that was published about them in history, heavenly books, experiences, poems, proverbs and wisdom among the peoples of the world and called it: Talking with Birds “a book that accompanies you at the time of travel” as he tried to make this book On planes to be in front of passengers' screens in cooperation with Kuwait Airways

As for special studies:
Most of them were in the aspects of financial transactions and banks.

 

 

Social initiatives:
Badr Al-Rababah has undertaken several social initiatives inside and outside Kuwait

in Kuwait :
1- He achieved the golden sponsorship for the establishment of Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Hall in the College of Sharia, Kuwait University

2- He established the global site for Islamic economy as a virtual site on the Internet, isegs, and lasted about 15 years, then the project was developed on the ground to become the Kuwait Center for Islamic Economy affiliated to the Planning and Development Sector of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Awqaf, which entered its tenth year.

Initiatives outside Kuwait:
1- Since his childhood, he has performed the Arab Civilization Festival on the stage of the English School in EWELL, England.

2- He held a competition for the best classrooms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Riyadh region.

3- He recently launched three projects in Cairo, such as the renovation of the scientific discussion hall at Al-Azhar University. The Smart Class worked in cooperation with Al-Azhar and the French Sorbonne University. It also contributed to launching the competition for the best scientific research related to the agricultural, industrial and technological aspects in Cairo.

He was chosen at an international conference to speak on behalf of expatriate students about social responsibility and human capital, which was under the auspices of the Egyptian Council of Ministers and sponsorship from international bodies.

7- Membership of the Royal Society for Political Economy, Statistics and Legislation in Cairo.
8- Membership of the Egyptian Association for Islamic Finance.
9 - Membership of the global site for the Islamic economy.
10- Membership of the Economic Advisory Committee at the Amiri Diwan in Kuwait.

Social relations :
I have great contact with specialists in economics, banking, law and Sharia, inside and outside Kuwait. Badr al-Rababah is also distinguished by the combination of several sciences: he holds a degree in education, has a degree in Sharia and jurisprudence, has a degree in economics and banking, has a law degree, and is seeking a degree in engineering.

He also visited several countries with official letters and met with governmental, private, research and scientific agencies such as centers, universities and public benefit associations in several countries in the world such as Egypt, Lebanon, Sudan, Malaysia, Kuwait, China and other countries.
